Democratic faith

The participation by the people in their government shall be ensured in accordance with the provisions of this constitution. -Section 14 (2) (1) 1999 Constitution of Nigeria, as amended

Every person shall be entitled to freedom of expression including freedom to hold opinions and to receive and import ideas and information without interference. -Section 39, 1999 Constitution of Nigeria, as amended.
